The video specific Ad Skipping targeting allows you to target video placement with an option to skip the video ad. For example, this kind of placement is widely used by Youtube for video ads shown before the video requested by the user; many of these ads can be skipped after some time.
The Ad Skipping targeting can only be applied to line items with skippable video creative assigned. Please refer to the Video Creatives section for the information on setting up video creatives.
By default, ad skipping is allowed from the start, you can also set the “skip after” period in seconds. Both skippable and unskippable ad slots are targeted.
